Originally intended as entertainment, this Mediterranean dessert, prepared live at the table, has today become one of our most popular desserts! Using eggs, Marsala wine, sugar and a shot of Prosecco, we prepare our zabaione directly in front of our guests – authentically stirred by hand and with much love. It is always an experience for us and our guests. A real rarity in Munich and the surrounding area!
