Pasta Fresca as in Italy: Classici Ravioli, which we have had on the menu for years, as well as weekly-changing homemade ravioli. Only the finest ingredients and selected durum wheat flour make our fresh pasta (Papardelle, Tagliolini, Stracci di Pasta, etc.) an experience for the senses. Our pasta dough, made according to original Italian recipes, is characterized above all by its high egg content, a very coarse surface and a perfect grain. This is what our pasta is known and loved for. Because of the coarse surface, the pasta sauce adheres perfectly to the pasta, thus giving you the full pasta enjoyment.

The recipe for this has been in the family for many years and remains our secret!
